When you consider that Directors and Officers of privately held emerging companies are personally exposed to liability arising from their decisions, recommendations and actions, it is critical that company officers and directors pay close attention to what D&O insurance and indemnification agreements are in place for their protection.

At this session, you will learn how you are exposed from a personal level and why many of your potential investors are also worried about this risk. As part of the discussion, we will review claim scenarios and corporate indemnification policies, and provide a basic overview of D&O insurance including critical “state of the art” coverage provisions. soon!
